UNITY provide Probert Road Surgery with access to GP’s, Nurses, clinical pharmacists, healthcare assistants and more during evenings, weekends and bank holidays
Appointments are available ‘on the day’ or we can book them for you. If you are attending for a blood test, you will need to take your form with you & if you are attending for a dressing change, please ensure you take your dressings with you as the Health Centre doesn`t carry spare stocks.
*Type of appointments usually available: GP, Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Clinical Pharmacist, Healthcare Assistant
*If you are attending for a dressing, please ensure you have been given a prescription by your nurse and you take your dressings with you, as no additional dressings are held at the hub
*If you are attending for a blood test, ensure you have your blood test request form with you. Your clinician will do this.
